The HRA is a superb piece of legislation, one of the best things the Labour government has done. I sometimes think that you emphasised the wrong reasons for doing it, but the end product is what matters and I for one celebrate its presence on the Statute Book. Most of the criticisms of it are based on myth.

That has to be the funniest statement I’ve ever read on here. The idea in principle is great, the legislation itself and the way it has been applied has been a disaster.
